“This is all wrong. I shouldn’t be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet you all come to us young people for hope. How dare you!” – Greta Thunberg
Greta Thunberg was 16 years old when she delivered her speech in UN summit. She talked about the problems in the society and climate change. What caught my attention is that when she said “This is all wrong. I shouldn’t be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet you all come to us young people for hope. How dare you!”. It is true that how come the people in our society that is way older than us, expect us to be the hope for our society. Why us? Why the children whose supposed to be at school. Why do the people whose supposed to teach the children the right way gives bad example instead.

For me, climate change is a very dangerous problem because it affects people, animals, and plants. When the average temperature increases, it will cause many controversial processes. It will cause the extinction of biological species. All species of animals, fish and plants have got used to the definite temperature and climatic pattern. When an animal loses its habitual rhythm of life, it will die. The fast growing population has something to do with the environment. The more people dwell in a certain area, the more houses and buildings are needed to be and salts beds into both residential and commercial areas. And because of the globalization being made more industrial plants were being built. Industrial plants fill the air with smoke and dangerous chemicals, pollute the lakes and streams with waste and toxic by products, and wear out or damage parts of the surrounding land. In short, human inventions brought about progress, but destroyed the natural environment.

The things that we can do to help the problem in our environment is that to use not too much of environmental resources. Reduce the usage of Plastic grocery-type bags that get thrown out end up in landfills or in other parts of the environment. These can suffocate animals who get stuck in them or may mistake them for food. Also, it takes a while for the bags to decompose. Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. Forests provide jobs to over 1.6 billion people, absorb harmful carbon from the atmosphere, and are key ingredients in 25% of all medicines. Ever taken an Aspirin? It comes from the bark of a tree!

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
